The University of Florida Levin College of Law will host the next Public Interest Environmental Conference on the evening of Thursday, February 12 and the day of Friday, February 13, 2026 on the law school’s campus in Gainesville, Florida.

The conference organizing committee–students Zac Cosner, Brooke Pavek, Braedon Felts, and Ana Franquez Garcia–have selected “Conservation in an Age of Change” as this year’s conference theme.

The conference organizing committee is accepting conference session proposals now through November 14, 2025. Your contributions will make PIEC 2026 a great event.

Selected conference speakers and panelists will receive free conference registration.

The conference organizing committee may offer free registration to a limited number of students not attending the Levin College of Law. If you are a student at another institution and would like to inquire about free registration, please contact a member of the committee by email.
