This year there are multiple opportunities to support Our Santa Fe River. Beginning this Saturday March 29th from 9 to 5 we will be offering an incredible yard sale at Sweet Meat Butcher Shop at 18172 NW US HWY 441 in High Springs.
Then on Monday April 7th you can help support Our Santa Fe River when you purchase a spaghetti-to-go dinner from the GFWC High Springs New Century Woman’s Club between 4:30 and 6:30 at 23674 W US Hwy 27. The GFWC High Springs New Century Woman’s Club immerses in community service meeting our community’s diverse needs.
Then between April 9-11, artists Lanza Gallery & Art Supplies is celebrating their 8th Annual Santa Fe Springs Plein Air Paintout. Twenty or more local and out of town artists come and paint the springs and river for an entire week. A percentage of all sales will go towards Our Santa Fe River. Weds – Fri. are days the public can go view and talk to them on locations listed. the artists, will be out painting at the following locations:
April 9th- Rum Island Park, April 10th- Gilchrist Blue Springs State Park, April 11th- Oleno State Park
Then on April 12th there will be an opening reception for the art created during the paint out at Lanza Gallery & Art Supplies in High Springs, Fl.
The art will remain on display there for 1 month. A portion of your purchases will go to support Our Santa Fe River.
Finally, on May 10th during Pioneer Days we will be hosting a silent auction at the High Springs Brewery. More details will follow.
