Nobody is talking about water conservation and our water table keeps dropping with no rain in the forecast.

The Suwannee River Management District (SRWMD), under the governance of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FLDEP) states that practice year round restrictions listed below:

Why does it matter? Take a look at our groundwater levels and see how they keep dropping.

It is possible for our river and wells to run dry. Many of us have seen it before and it will happen again, as will the rains. But for now, please be mindful with our most precious resource.
